HR Departmental Manager

Sara is the HR Departmental Manager for Biochemistry and Cell Biology. She provides HR support to all the staff, faculty, and students for both departments. This includes recruiting and onboarding, compensation, visa renewals, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and many more HR functions. She also works closely with the PIs and administrative staff on all functional areas of the department to help resolve any concerns.
